To perform skilled work in the repair of a variety of park vehicles and maintenance equipment including tractors with various mowers and attachments, trucks, trailers, and small engine equipment to include riding mowers, lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers, chain saws and other related equipment; to perform preventative maintenance to a variety of park vehicles and maintenance equipment; and to perform various other duties as assigned. Participate in a variety of plant maintenance and landscape duties including trimming trees and shrubs, pulling weeds, mowing and edging lawns, raking recreation areas, watering plants and trees, sweeping, and clearing fallen trees from the public paths and walkways.
