The Seasonal Southmost Technician will be expected to 1) assist with all aspects of the native plant nursery operations, including native seed propagation, plant bed/band preparation, and seed collection and processing; 2) assist with volunteer and interns to accomplish nursery operations; 3) become familiar with and operate various hand tool equipment and machinery; 4) work with TNC staff, partner organizations, and volunteers to accomplish restoration and stewardship objectives; 5) assist in improving and maintaining preserve facilities. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers."
