Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access. Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve the organization Quality Enhancement Goals (QEP).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to provide services to special education students including, but not limited to, spoon/tube feeding (consult with child's SLP for individual needs), lifting and positioning, signs/symptoms of child needing suctioning and when to notify the school nurse, signs/symptoms of colostomy infection and when to notify the school nurse, signs/symptoms of tracheostomy concerns and when to notify the school nurse, and proper technique for diaper changing and toileting. Conditions of Employment: Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and, upon an offer of employment, complete an Employee's Statement of Health and submit to a functional capacity evaluation at the District's expense to determine ability to perform job-related functions and fitness for duty.
