Immediate need for a talented SAP MDM (Vendor Master). This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Hillsboro, OR(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: As part of SAP MM team, you will execute Requirement gathering, Design, Development that includes back end SAP configuration and Testing of Software Projects. Work alongside SAP Engineering, SAP Architect, QA and Release teams for all project implementation. Perform FIT -GAP on all SAP Material Master design requirements. Provide inputs as needed for feasibility of architecture designs, tools and concepts. Implement adhoc changes to Vendor Master as requested by Business to help run the Enterprise successfully. Create / Update Requirement document , Functional , technical, Source to target mapping and configuration documents needed for implementation. Functional testing, bug fixing and support all dry run needs of any implementation. Execute cutover and data conversion activities for Vendor master needs. Assist in executing processes needed to address all Material Master requirements. Work closely with Lead(s) for all SAP Master data requirements. Execute projects through Agile methodology. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Materials Management, or related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Master Data, primarily in Materials Management discipline. Domain Knowledge in SAP AFS or SAP Retail in Materials Management is required with all business process knowledge. SAP S/4 & SAP MDG implementation knowledge is an added advantage. Hands on experience in the implementation of SAP Vendor/ Material Management for SAP AFS or SAP Retail. SAP Vendor Master configuration knowledge in Materials Management is required, programming knowledge is an added advantage. Hands on experience in using testing and Agile tools for projects. Experience working on large-scale global projects. Experience working with virtual teams and cross-functional partners. Experience working with offshore / near shore team. You will report to the Application Development Group Manager and work closely with Corporate Services team members, architects, developers, and vendors to guide shared outcomes. The Day-to-Day:<ul><li>Lead the technical delivery of SAP Ariba solutions from design through testing and go-live</li></ul><ul><li>Translate requirements into technical design specifications, estimates, and delivery plans</li></ul><ul><li>Configure and develop across SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing) to meet internal needs</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain integrations between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems (including data flows and CIG/middleware)</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to technical direction and architecture decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long-term platform health</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot complex issues, identify causes, and implement durable fixes across configuration and custom solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with product owners, team members, QA, and other engineers to deliver outcomes in an Agile environment</li></ul><ul><li>Mentor peers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing</li></ul>Your Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Ariba solutions in an enterprise environment</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience across main Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience translating needs into clear technical designs and lead delivery through testing, deployment, and support</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience with Ariba solution architecture and configuration/ customization best practices</li></ul><ul><li>Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and related tools (e.g., CIG/middleware) including master and transactional data flows</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of procurement and invoicing processes and relevant SAP MM/FI integration points</li></ul><ul><li>Experience partnering with technical and non-technical team members</li></ul>If you're excited about this role but don't meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. Compensation: <ul><li>$125,000 - $165,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.  </li></ul><ul><li>Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. </li></ul> Why Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
