Effectively execute all in-store merchandising tasks according to company guidelines, including but not limited to: floor layout adjustments, floor moves, rack merchandising, table displays, wall displays, accessory displays, sales floor and window mannequin styling, promotional displays, etc. Ensure customers are being delivered the AKIRA styling experience by connecting customers to stylists and supporting in running the floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms to minimize wait times and get them in and out with a smile on their face.
Accountable for, provides oversight, and validates proper execution of inventory management and pricing processes, including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, receiving, stocking/re-stocking, inventory counts (live and non-live), product rotations and planner/planogram sets in a timely and organized manner. Facilitates the associate experience and supports associate development; including but not limited to ensuring associates are appropriately trained across the store, onboarding, associate reviews, labor management, mentoring, succession planning, and coaching for accountability.
