The position will also lead a team responsible for bids, sales support, reporting, and offshore relationship management, while driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable reporting solutions through tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and servicing platforms such as MSP/Black Knight or similar systems in a complex, highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for overseeing bid development and sale execution across investor types, ensuring compliance with state, investor, and internal requirements, monitoring timelines and operational risk, delivering accurate reporting and performance insights, and partnering with internal teams, attorneys, vendors, Risk, and Compliance to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
