p>Key Responsibilities: • Travel between assigned Publix and Walmart locations using personal vehicle • Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products to maximize shelf visibility and sales • Reset coolers and shelves according to planograms and schematics • Build and maintain floor displays and point-of-sale (POS) materials • Place pricing and promotional signage accurately • Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to transport cases to the sales floor • Maintain clean, organized, and safe back-stock areas • Partner with store managers and sales representatives to optimize display placement • Submit required activity and merchandising reports • Provide professional customer interaction while representing the brand. Required Skills/Education: Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs) Reliable personal vehicle and active auto insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and reach throughout shift Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Comfortable working in retail and occasional cold storage environments.
