This role is ideal for a recruiter who has experience recruiting for IT, engineering, automotive, and manufacturing-related positions, is organized and self-directed, and knows how to manage a high-volume, KPI-driven desk without losing sight of candidate quality and experience. Hybrid mix of working from home and onsite in the Troy, MI area and comfortable working onsite several days per week, with the flexibility to attend job fairs, networking events, conferences, and in-person candidate meetings as needed.
