p>You will: ⢠Lead and develop outside sales teams in Tigard, Salem, Eugene, and Bend ⢠Create and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals ⢠Establish sales plans, performance targets, and operating procedures ⢠Coach and develop high-performing sales professionals in a culture of accountability ⢠Partner with branch leadership to drive coordinated growth efforts ⢠Maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendor partners ⢠Oversee regional sales and marketing alignment to maximize market penetration ⢠Monitor performance metrics and guide teams toward achieving revenue and margin objectives ⢠Travel regularly across the territory to support teams and customers.
Requirements:
⢠Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of successful sales management in a Water Works wholesale distribution environment ⢠Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial leadership approach ⢠Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams ⢠Track record of building high-performance, high-accountability cultures ⢠Excellent communication, investigative, analytical, and decision-making skills ⢠Experience managing complex customer relationships ⢠Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills ⢠Proficient with business software including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint ⢠Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the region.
