p>• Own and grow revenue across an assigned Southeast territory, meeting or exceeding annual sales quota • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within SLED, Smart Cities, Education, and ITS markets • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within customer and partner organizations • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to company growth objectives • Drive indirect revenue through channel partners while managing select strategic direct accounts • Maintain a rolling 12-24 month pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal strategy • Clearly articulate Actelis' differentiated value proposition to technical, operational, and executive buyers • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, support, and leadership teams • Manage all account activity in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility • Travel up to 50% domestically, including participation in industry conferences and trade shows. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of SLED and/or ITS sales experience Proven success selling Layer 2 / Layer 3 fiber or hybrid networking solutions Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Experience working with channel-driven sales models, including partners and integrators Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets of $2M+ Confident, self-directed, and highly accountable sales leader Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deal-closing instincts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment Strong technical acumen with prior experience working for a networking equipment manufacturer.
