Collaborate on multiple projects concurrently, including programming, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration Prepare accurate contract documents such as floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, millwork drawings, furniture layouts, finish plans, and schedules. Research manufacturers and assist in the selection of colors, finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting, with a focus on sustainable solutions Create presentation materials, diagrams, and physical and mostly digital models for client presentations Support project teams and studio initiatives, collaborating with consultants and partners as required Mentor and supervise junior designers.
