Compensation: Minimum annualized pay is $28,558.40 for full-time employees (who receive only hourly pay their first two weeks), plus biweekly incentive pay based on attainment of written sales, with no maximum earnings, and bonus potential for attainment of specified sales goals. After an initial two-week training period, eligible employees can earn commissions and incentives on sales, bonuses, and other weekly and monthly incentives based on sales performance, with no maximum earnings.

Our Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location including, but not limited to: • Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results. • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
