· Proven sales experience (membership, retail, hospitality, or service-based preferred)
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
· Strong closing skills and confidence overcoming objections
· Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing and acting on KPIs
· Bilingual (Spanish/English)
· Highly organized with strong follow-through
· Availability for evenings and weekends.
