Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Create and facilitate trainings for employees on site teams and in corporate departments; this may include (but not be limited to) using materials from NCCER or creating trainings for roles such as electrical / craft labor, foremen, general foremen, general superintendents, project managers, etc. Facilitated trainings should employ visual aids such as videos, Power Point, graphs, charts, presentations, etc., as well as activities to engage employees and ensure training retention, such as discussions, graphic organizers, illustrations, group work, team-teach activities, and more.
