Under the direction of the District Property Director and the Executive Director, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for all annual and day-to-day property tasks as assigned that include, but not limited to; performing preventative/ongoing maintenance tasks, assisting in renovation projects, maintenance/general up keep of facilities and grounds.
