p>Administrative duties may include maintaining regional safety files such as safety training documentation, applicable medical certifications, environmental testing, and special associated training investigation reports, including close calls, injury summaries, leading indicator data, and other safety and health documentation. The Safety Manager will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to recognize and address potential hazards before they exist and will ensure compliance with our EHSP utilizing behavior-based safety techniques.

• Conduct daily safety and health inspections and maintain a written log which includes area/operation inspected, date of inspection, identified hazards, recommended corrective actions, estimated and actual dates of corrections.

p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:

• Swim Instructor certification (with any nationally recognized agency) required;
• Darkness to Light training/certification within 3 months of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment;
• Swimming and aquatic background and 3+ years of experience preferred;
