The successful candidate's primary duties will oversee certain functions and activities of the Maintenance Department, supervising and coordinating technical resources to supportarea maintenance department; providing leadership and human resource management; resolving problems and issues as they arise; overseeing safety performance, maintenance/reliability of unit, clerical responsibilities, and cost control with minimal supervision. HF Sinclair owns and operates refineries located in Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Wyoming, Washington and Utah and markets its refined products principally in the Southwest U.S., the Rocky Mountains extending into the Pacific Northwest and in other neighboring Plains states.
