p style="text-align:inherit"/>Reporting to the Senior Director for Health Care Quality, the Risk and Patient Safety Manager is a key member of the HealthCare Quality team driving an organization wide culture of excellence and safety through risk identification/mitigation in a team oriented collaborative culture with clinical and administrative leaders. The Risk and Patient Safety Manager plans, coordinates and evaluates the institutional functions of risk management, coordinating all aspects of the institutional risk management program, including patient complaints and ongoing trends regarding overall patient experience, safety reports, root cause analyses, and sentinel event and other regulatory reporting.
