This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Data Center leadership, Field Services, IT, and HR teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience across corporate offices, client sites, and data center environments. The role ensures onboarding new hires supporting data center infrastructure, network operations, and field service delivery are effectively integrated, equipped with required tools, safety training, and operational knowledge.
