In this position, you will: • Implement and manage Accident Prevention Plans (APPs), Health & Safety Plans, SOPs, and regulatory requirements • Promote and enforce Company health and safety programs across construction sites • Oversee development, review, and acceptance of Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify risk • Lead safety training for Company staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders • Prepare and maintain required safety documentation, reports, logs, and records • Investigate incidents, document findings, and track corrective actions to closure • Serve as the primary site safety representative with clients and regulatory agencies • Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate safety into project planning and execution • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to safety staff and junior personnel • Support subcontractor safety reviews and compliance assessments. Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, or related field (equivalent additional experience may be accepted).
