- Bachelor’s Degree.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel including hiring, training, sales, guest service and satisfaction, associate satisfaction, owner satisfaction, revenue management, and timely reporting. - Inspect guests’ rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance and implement action plans regarding upgrading and/or maintaining the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel.
