NewRegional Health & Safety Manager (Coldstores) GXO LogisticsRegional Health & Safety Manager (Coldstores)Nashville, TNWhat you'll do on a typical day:Drive and deliver the principles and initiatives of Road to Zero across the sitesWork with site Management to ensure all health, safety and environmental matters are dealt with in line with legislation, GXO procedures and best practiceReview and create Risk Assessments (task, COSHH, fire, first aid, workplace transport, environment) and Safe Systems of Work for all tasks carried out within the Warehouse, Transport and Engineering departmentsReview and update Refrigeration Procedures in line with legislation and best practiseInterpret and adopt advice from Refrigeration SMEs into procedures and policiesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Minimum 5 years in a senior safety management role at site or contract levelNEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent with current active CPDExperience of warehouse, transport and engineering operationsLevel 3 qualifications in engineering / refrigeration / related subject (desirable)Experience of high-hazard environments / equipment management including those falling under DSEAR, PSSR and PUWERFull UK Driving LicenseWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
