div class="ewa-rteLine">• Seven or more years of progressively responsible fleet and equipment management experience, including at least seven years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi state fleets and capital equipment portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, CHP, and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements including audit readiness.
• Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Experience partnering with Procurement and Finance on sourcing, contracting, and capital planning and vendor performance management, including service level oversight and commercial issue resolution.
• Ability to conduct total cost of ownership and lifecycle cost analyses for vehicles and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives across fleet programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools and fleet management systems and data-driven performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a dynamic, regulated environment.
