p>Requirements: • 3 or more years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience with minimum of 2 years prior supervisory/lead experience preferred • Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs • Ability to communicate effectively with team and customer(s) • Training skills (ability to provide clear and effective training on basic processes and safety) • Ability to manage change and use good judgement in a fast-paced environment • Communicate (speak and write) in English (and where needed bilingual in Spanish and English).
