What our Retail Sales Associates do:

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.

p>Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollies "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

li>Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, steaming and ensuring shared areas like the bathroom are regularly cleaned and well-stocked. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.

Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. + Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler, tool rentals). Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: • Identifying and selling products based on customer needs; • Explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; • Assisting customers in locating products; • Building customer relationships; • Identifying and resolving customer issues; • Zone recovery; • Housekeeping.
