Major Areas of Responsibility include: • Demonstrating exceptional cannabis product knowledge and providing guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience • Performing all retail tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to, customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions • Checking IDs, updating customer profiles, and performing sales transactions accurately • Assisting with opening and closing the store and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and stocked • Ensuring operational excellence by following SOPs, compliance regulations, and established internal processes • Additional duties as needed to support the store and team success. Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities): All applicants must be at least 21 years of age 1+ years of retail or customer service experience Experience with cash handling and Point-of-Sales systems required Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to deescalate and resolve customer concerns Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
