Experience in a loan origination role in a retail environment and knowledge ofMortgage Products (Conventional, Jumbo and HELOC, Government)Structuring, Processing, underwriting and closing proceduresFederal regulations governing real estate lendingFHA and HUD guidelinesOther Lending Products (Credit Card, Vehicle Loans)Strong computer skills including MS applications and previous experience utilizing laptop technology.
