A Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.
Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise. Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
li> Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours of contact, but may vary depending on the project/assignment/task/client/location being supported). Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early morning hours are possible, and/or holidays based on store/client requirements.
div>What You’ll Do • Represent Rhino Roofing & Windows at retail stores, trade shows, and Door to door marketing. • Start conversations with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs • Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team • Educate homeowners about our premium roofing, window, and siding solutions • Use your communication skills and personality to help homeowners take the next step toward upgrading their home.
