You’ll serve as the central point of accountability across customers and internal teams, partnering closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align requirements, manage dependencies, and push for clarity when tradeoffs or decisions are required. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of multi-solution implementations from kickoff through go-live, making and driving hard delivery decisions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high bar for quality.
