Responsibilities for this Position: The Resource / Technical Engineering Manager is responsible for management of engineering resources assigned to subsea hardware development within the directorate and business area across multiple projects ensuring those projects are employing required and appropriate engineering practices and rigor. This includes assignment of resources to programs, employee coaching, employee career development (primary person responsible for the quarterly check in with individual staff), IRAD execution, and review/assessment of project engineering and approval of engineering overhead budgets.
