Qualifications Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in single-family residential electrical work Valid North Carolina electrical license (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, NEC, and North Carolina codes Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Proficiency with project management software and digital tools Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, confined spaces, and at heights • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment up to 50 pounds • Ability to safely use hand and power tools and perform repetitive physical tasks • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions common to coastal North Carolina • Sufficient vision, hearing, and communication ability to perform job duties safely and effectively.
