Seeking a results-driven Lease-Up Community Manager with strong leadership, lease-up and submarket experience, financial acumen, and proficiency in OneSite, Excel, and Microsoft Office, creative problem-solver with expertise in leasing strategy, team development, revenue management, marketing, and compliance, and preferably holds a real estate license and industry certifications (CAM, CPM, or CAPS). 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
