p>This role manages customer support to all residents and retail tenants for assigned properties by ensuring timely communication and follow-up with all residential and commercial tenant concerns, including service requests, accounting, billing and payments inquiries, and any lease related issues or questions. The role will act as liaison between the business offices and the commercial tenants to ensure quality customer service and support for all commercial tenants and will also support the business office teams by assisting with planning and execution of resident events to help ensure strong retention.

The Part-Time Resident Relations Specialist ("RRS") supports the General Manager ("GM") and/or the Resident Relations Supervisor/Resident Relations Lead by providing exceptional, responsive service to every resident or guest they encounter.

Minimum Qualifications:Five (5) years of verifiable professional civil engineering experience, which includes two (2) years experience equivalent to City and County of San Francisco class 5207 Associate Engineer as a licensed Professional Civil Engineer; ANDPossession of a current Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California in Civil Engineering. During construction, the 5241 Resident Engineer coordinates daily with SFMTA operations, maintenance, facilities, real estate, safety, and systems engineering staff to facilitate access, construction staging, shutdowns, inspections, and cutover activities required to support installation of the Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) system.

Performance is measured by key KPIs such as second-class sign-ups, retail product sales, individual sales volume, average transaction value, customer conversion rates, and guest feedback through Google reviews.
