Experience Designer - HARGROVE Encore Group (USA) LLCExperience Designer - HARGROVELanham, MDBFA/BS degree in environmental design, architecture, graphic design or related field • 3+ years of design and creative experience with working knowledge of creative and strategic disciplines • A portfolio demonstrating integrated and experiential design across a range of different mediums • Hands-on knowledge of environmental design, branding, trade show, or human-centered design disciplines • Demonstrated end-to-end ability to take designs from concept to execution • Experienced working within a larger creative team and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams • Working proficiency in 3D Studio MAX, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote or similar programs • Elevated project management skills • Effective communication skills, both written and oral • A positive approach to teamwork and problem solving.
