The physiatrist will be the Medical Director of our outpatient limb loss service line which includes collaboration with the outpatient limb loss therapy team as well as our Military Medicine plastic surgery team. Other duties include but are not limited to representing the program or Department by participating in committees, conferences, and representing OSU at professional meetings and community speaking engagements.

Clinical activities include outpatient evaluation and management of movement disorders, botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders and candidate selection and management for advanced therapies (deep brain stimulation, including programming, and focused ultrasound), and inpatient service. The department operates 27 groundbreaking multidisciplinary and personalized clinics, 3 comprehensive inpatient consultation services, an 18-bed neurocritical care unit, a 30-bed stroke ward, and an expanding tele-neurology service partnering with 7 regional hospitals.
