The candidate has experience using, configuring, implementing form logic and deploying ESRI mobile app solutions (Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, QuickCapture); has proficiency designing and developing ArcGIS Experience Builder apps and ArcGIS Dashboards that support business reporting and analysis; has strong scripting and automation skills are essential, including experience with Python (ArcPy and the ArcGIS API for Python) and ETL processes using tools such as Safe Software FME. Training and Experience:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from a college or university with a major in GIS, geospatial sciences, civil engineering, computer science, management information systems or a related field; and three years of increasingly responsible experience in the development, implementation and administration of geographical information systems; and three years of progressively responsible experience in GIS analysis and applications design and development; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
