Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: • CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; • Java, Python, or Node.js; • XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; • Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; • REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; • Docker or Kubernetes; • JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; • Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); • Software development lifecycle (SDLC); • Web and mobile applications development; • Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions; • Relational database concepts; • Cloud components including cluster management; • Containerized services, storage, and workspace management; • Designing data architectures, including data pipelines, distributed computing engines, and machine learning infrastructure design; • End-to-end data science lifecycle/workflow; • Tracking various OSS projects; • Product management in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners; and • Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases. Duties include: analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; upgrade existing software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; develop and deploy application components and support unit testing and bug fixes; participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and/or CI/CD; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; mentor junior team members; and independently lead development of solutions with high complexity and risk.
