High school diploma plus CHST, OSHA 500 and a minimum of 14 years of continuous construction experience leading crews and planning work (including at least eight years as a dedicated construction safety professional responsible for managing large project and/or multi-project safety programs, conducting and reviewing hazard analyses and developing controls, conducting safety training, and working with project teams and leadership to plan work activities) and previous experience working on very large, complex projects with a high volume of subcontractor workers and managing a team of safety professionals' preferred.
