Summary: The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with a team of STTC/RACC professionals to manage programs and services, accomplish the growth of solutions-based strategies that provide employee-centered support to manufacturing companies and related businesses in the Greater Reading region. Supervise Regional Representative, Workforce Business Development in sourcing, recruiting, establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with non-credit adjunct training/education/consulting professionals (diversified in talent).
