Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
Onsite Operations & Employee Relations:
- Manage the day-to-day onsite presence, including greeting the HR office daily to assess immediate needs. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of industrial manufacturing talent while maintaining a physical presence at the client facility to ensure operational excellence, employee retention, and high-quality placements.
