These roles will help track supplier issues, verify incoming parts, and close supplier-related defects faster; collect and analyze data to identify root causes and support corrective and preventive actions; assist with audits, documentation, and corrective action tracking to maintain ISO readiness; and provide QA coverage across both shifts to reduce issue carryover, improve response time, and increase efficiency. Adding these positions will reduce defect recurrence and supplier-related downtime, improve turnaround time for quality issues, strengthen compliance and audit readiness, and free engineers to focus on higher-level improvements.
