The successful candidate will support Operations with the focus on Food Safety and Quality, build strong internal relationships and participate in non-conformance investigations, conduct internal audits for compliance to established policies and procedures, and participate in second and third party audits as required; Support the maintenance of the Document Control system including communicating, distributing, and archiving documents and records implementations, verifications, and training activities with integrity, accuracy, and moral conduct as related to all business opportunities and activities. Minimum 1 year industry related experience in food manufacturing or science related field, Bakery experience is a plus, knowledge of food safety quality systems, trained in HACCP, and pre-operational inspections (preferred).
