What You'll Do * Delegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors * Provide coaching and training to Technicians and Inspectors * Escalate quality issues with Management and Engineering as needed * Drive improvements in quality operations * Assist Quality Technicians and Inspectors on in-line decision making * Provide regular reports & updates to Quality team and Management * Assist in management of material disposition What You'll Bring * 2+ years of leadership experience with a team of 10 or more employees * Certification in a quality-related field such as six-sigma, TQM, or equivalent a plus * Familiarity with measurement system analysis (physical measurement techniques i.e. CMM, optical comparator) and analytical techniques like GD&T, Gage R&R * Familiarity with physical IQC tools like XRF, microscopy, XRD, ICP etc. * Easily demonstrate ability to drive issues to root cause solutions in previous experience * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings * Ability to command the english language, both written and verbal Compensation and BenefitsBenefitsAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Expected Compensation* Supervisor Manufacturing - $86,400 - $129,600/annual salaryExpected Compensation* Supervisor Manufacturing - $86,400 - $129,600/annual salary* Supervisor Manufacturing - $86,400 - $129,600/annual salary\+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levelsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
