p>· Drive the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at ELTA North America, including assuring effective management reviews, complaint handling, nonconformance and corrective action system, change control, internal auditing, and manufacturing area support. · Prepare quality documentation of procedures and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, and corrective actions to explain that information to customers, employees, or company executives.
