- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Perform the review and verification of the production kits (compounding and packaging) before being used, including sub-assembly components, labels, bottles, caps, master labels, master shippers, seals, lids, raw materials, etc.
- Work with other supervisors and team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met. The Assembly Supervisor will assemble products by using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test product.
