div>Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), is seeking a qualified 2nd Shift Shop Supervisor to perform and oversee a variety of mechanical operations/tasks on turbomachinery components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to stand and walk for significant portions of the shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
- Manage and develop a global team of quality professionals, including conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning activities. The Manager, Global Product Quality Assurance is responsible for leading a global team that manages customer-facing product quality issues, Product Evaluation Request (PER) processes, Change Control Document (CCD) processes, and Material Test Report (MTR) processes.
