Outreaches patients to complete health risk assessments, follows up on open orders, reviews medications, assesses social determinants of health, schedules/reschedules appointments as needed, and attempts to obtain any outside records for care gap closure and continuity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct field testing of tolling and traffic systems in controlled test, staging, and live traffic environments .

Corrective/Preventative Action System: Coordinate the investigation of nonconforming product (field returns, systemic internal nonconformance's, supplier issues, etc.) to determine root cause and corrective and/or preventative action plans necessary to avoid reoccurrence. Serve as quality assurance representative on the Material Review Board (MRB), which includes writing and tracking MRB documentation, and assuring the required actions are complete prior to final approval to minimize impact of production flow.
