Investigate customer complaint issues, collect relevant data, update the customer complaint tracker, and report daily findings and corrective actions to the Quality Manager.+ Accurately update and monitor key performance indicators for Distribution Quality, Sales Quality, Customer Service Level 2, and the Customer Query System.+ Maintain and daily monitor the SIA Master Data spreadsheet for accuracy and completeness.+

This leadership role supports multiple divisions within the organization and works collaboratively with executive leadership and program directors to ensure each division is appropriately staffed, supported, and operating in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.

p>Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• GMIIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing the types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, similar complexity, Union and Non-Union, etc) to which the role is assigned, to include overall responsibility for success and failure of the restaurant under their leadership as identified by P&L success for multiple annual cycles for the type or restaurant assigned.
• The GMII position is expected to work a varied and rotating schedule to be on site at various operating days and hours each week; some opening shifts, during some busy dayparts, and during some closing shifts to monitor restaurant associates' work activities during these different days and times.

Experience/Qualification Level Minimum of 3-5 years of experience: o Job-related experience with project builds over 200 sites Reports to CM3 (Lead) or IM Lead. Interfaces with External Interfaces: ASP/SP, Customer PM Internal Interfaces: IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM Responsibilities Include.

p>This role reports to the VP of Web/Digital Engineering and is a key technical leadership role for someone who still enjoys staying close to the code while mentoring developers and improving how we deliver software. You will be deeply involved in code reviews, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, QA, and vendor partners to ensure high-quality, timely releases across multiple initiatives.
