p>• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Quality, Food Safety, and Product Safety programs at the Carrollton manufacturing site • Lead Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), analytical laboratory, and sensory laboratory operations to ensure consistent product quality • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and certification requirements across all site activities • Oversee daily QC workflows, prioritize activities, maintain procedures, and align quality practices with other manufacturing sites • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and cross-functional teams to support business continuity and customer satisfaction • Lead and support internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances • Monitor, analyze, and report quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for raw materials, finished goods, and laboratory performance • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation support, and quality risk-reduction efforts across the site. • Lead quality and food safety at a critical manufacturing site with high visibility and impact • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement • Support innovation initiatives that bring new products to market • Opportunity to build and develop high-performing teams • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with role scope and responsibility.
