Supports the reduction in defective parts, process errors/inefficiencies and warranty costs Supports co-ordination and reporting of defects, including Quality Database and virtual job folders Implements incoming inspection plan, both internal and external (local source), doing incoming inspection, and submitting the NCR if there is a quality issue Implements in-process quality control, auditing the service process to ensure that our way can meet the requirements, submitting the NCR if there is anything out of order Supports the Quality System Engineer to do calibration, especially the torque wrench calibration Interacts with engineers, project managers, production workers, and stock personnel Properly identifies, documents, and processes conforming and non-conforming material Under minimal supervision, perform electrical and/or mechanical inspection, of incoming or outgoing materials, determining conformance to applicable specifications as indicated by the designated procedures and product specifications.
